"Jamie picked up the additional brief quickly and, despite the existing workload, was very helpful and responsive. In addition he assisted with our internal management and staff communication plan to ‘sell in’ this radical change. I can say Jamie’s service approach was excellent, he understood our needs and was able to build on this promptly, which has been of great assistance."
